NTT Receives "Excellent" Rating from Telemark
In a key industry survey "Benchmarking Customer Satisfaction; Value Added Network Services," by Telemark, NTT received an "Excellent" rating for overall satisfaction, and received a "Best in Class" rating for its network availability. Additionally, NTT recorded a strong showing in the important areas of network operation and customer support.
