SOC1 Report – Compliant to SSAE 16 and ISAE 3402 Audit Standards (formerly SAS 70 Report)
Each premier NTT America Colocation data center is SSAE 16 and ISAE 3402 compliant. These certifications are governed by industry and government regulations, and speak to critical aspects of our data centers — physical access, network and IP backbone access, system availability, customer provisioning and problem management. SSAE 16 certification status is regularly audited and validated by Ernst & Young, giving you additional and independently verified assurance that your IT operations are secure with us.


SOC 3 SysTrust®
NTT America Data Center Services are proud to display the SOC 3 SysTrust® for Service Organizations Seal of assurance symbolizing that our site has been examined by an independent accountant and are in compliance with the applicable Availability Principle(s) and Criteria. The Availability Principles and Criteria is an international set of principles and criteria for systems and electronic commerce developed and managed jointly by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. By demonstrating compliance with the Availability criteria through an audit by an independent practitioner, entities earn the right to display the seal of assurance.

The Green Grid is a global consortium dedicated to advancing energy efficiency in data centers and business computing ecosystems. In furtherance of its mission, The Green Grid is focused on the following: defining meaningful, user-centric models and metrics; developing standards, measurement methods, processes and new technologies to improve data center performance against the defined metrics; and promoting the adoption of energy efficient standards, processes, measurements and technologies.
